Cookulus™ was created by Max Minkoff, Andrew Schloss, and Bruce Zenel. Max has served as CEO, COO, CFO, and CTO at a variety of emerging growth companies, including with VictorMaxx Technologies, a Virtual Reality consumer product company. Andy, a best selling cookbook writer, is the author of 15 cookbooks. His book The Science of Good Food (written with David Joachim) was awarded best culinary reference in 2009 by the International Association of Culinary Professionals, and was nominated for a 2009 James Beard award.
